FrostGuard OD Insurance

Whether it is getting just enough cash together to do a Happy Jump, stacking before a big war, or even just you're daily drug intake, nobody likes to overdose. Well look no further, because while using FrostGuard, you'll no longer feel the pressure of that dreaded overdose!

What is OD/overdose insurance you may ask?: You pick an insurance option of your choice, pay the fee, and in the event of an overdose you get compensated based on your choice of insurance as well as a bonus if you are either in a 7* Nightclub or faction with the Overdosing X perk!

Make sure your message includes one of these key terms to show which insurance package you are purchasing. "Basic" Insurance

"Xanax Insurance (Basic)" ONLY covers Xanax overdoses for a 2-hour window starting when the fee is sent. If you were looking for a longer coverage option check out our Premium option below!

"Premium" Insurance

"Xanax Insurance (Premium) ONLY covers Xanax overdoses for a 7-day (168 hour) window starting when the fee is sent. EVERY overdose during this period will receive compensation. Meaning if you overdose 4 times in the allotted window, you receive 4x payouts!

This coverage option does not stack, meaning attempting to purchase another "Premium" Xanax Insurance package will CANCEL/RESET your current 7-day coverage window. If you wish to purchase another "Premium" Xanax Insurance Package, please wait until your 7-Day coverage window is over else you will not receive the full 168 hours of coverage.

"Premium+" Insurance
Only available for the week of/leading up to the Halloween event!

Any "Premium" packages bought the week leading up to/the week of the Halloween event will be extended to 8-days (192 hours) instead of the usual 7-days. Insurance window will start either the moment the fee is sent OR if you include the TCT of when the event starts for you. This policy can also not be purchased as a group, each individual must send their own fee along with the proper message attached.

"Stacking" Insurance

"Xanax Insurance (Stack)" ONLY covers Xanax overdoses for four consecutive uses each in 2-hour windows. Compensation for this package starts small, but ramps up at you get closer to 1000 energy.

Before each Xanax taken, you need to send the fee with a message attached containing "FGI - Stack 1st/2nd/3rd/4th" depending on which part of the stack you are on. If fees are NOT sent in the proper order, i.e. 1st -> 2nd -> 3rd -> 4th your coverage will be VOID.

Step-By-Step Guide

Below are the various steps you should follow if you wish to get any of the various coverage options and what you should do in the case of an overdose. This should hopefully clear up any confusion and make the process as smooth and seamless as possible. Highly recommend giving this guide a read if you are a newer player and don't know what a "Happy Jump" is!

Step 1: Look through and pick your desired coverage option, then send payment

To some, it may seem confusing which option to pick given the various options. There are six package options offered by us here at FrostGuard, two for Ecstasy overdoses and four for Xanax overdoses. Insurance for Ecstasy overdoses are commonly referred to here as "Happy Jump" Insurance (HJ for short). Happy Jump insurance is also normally bought AFTER stacking to 1000 energy, though this is not a requirement to buy and receive coverage.

Ecstasy has two different insurance options:

• Option A: 2-hour window | One-Time Xanax + eDvDs + Ecstasy payout

• Option B: 2-hour window | One-Time Xanax only payout

Xanax has three main insurance options: 

• Basic: 2-hour window | One-Time Xanax only payout

• Premium: 168-hour window | Multiple Xanax only payouts

• Stack: 4x 2-hour windows | One-Time Xanax only payout depending on level of "stack"
  
  

And one event-exclusive insurance option: 

• Premium+: 192-hour window | Multiple Xanax only payouts | Exclusive to week leading up to/week of Halloween Event

The main difference in between the three main Xanax insurance options are their coverage time windows and payouts. Premium (7-Day) Xanax Insurance is also an does not stack/roll over. This mean if you have an active Premium package and purchase another Premium Xanax insurance package, your current coverage window will be CANCELED/RESET and the newly purchased insurance package will take effect. If you'd like to purchase more than 7-Days, please wait until your current coverage window is over before attempting to purchase another.

"Premium+" acts the same as the "Premium" insurance option it's based off of but instead offers an additional day added to the coverage window. This mean instead of 7-days (168 hours) you will be covered for 8-days (192-hours). This option is ONLY available to purchase leading up to and on the week of the Halloween Event. You must include the TCT time when your event starts, if not included your coverage will begin the moment your fee is sent!

Step 2: Proceed to take the desired drugs

If you chose Happy Jump Insurance, either option A or B, start taking your eDvDs or other desired happiness booster. After which, take your Ecstasy for a huge boost in happiness and gym gains! Don't forget to take advantage of this by using other energy boosting items or actions like energy refills or job points!

• Important Note: As mentioned in this guide you want to make sure to time your happy jump. Make sure to keep an eye on Torn City Time and start taking your happiness boosters at xx:01, xx:16, xx:31, or xx:46. Your happiness will reset at 15 minute intervals so time it accordingly!

If you chose Xanax Insurance Basic, make sure to take your Xanax within a 2-hour window of sending payment. Any overdoses outside of this time frame will not be covered by the Basic package.

If you chose Xanax Insurance Premium, feel free to take your Xanax freely within  7-Day or 168 hour window. There is a cooldown of 360 - 480 minutes between each usage, so make sure to keep track of your drug cooldown to take as much Xanax as you can!

If you chose Xanax Insurance Stack(ing), make sure to take your Xanax within a 2-hour window of sending each payment. Once your cooldown is up and you are ready to take the next Xanax, make sure to send your next payment with the associated message or you will not be compensated properly!

If you chose Xanax Insurance Premium+, feel free to take your Xanax freely within  8-Day or 192 hour window after the Halloween event has started for you. There is a cooldown of 360 - 480 minutes between each usage, so make sure to keep track of your drug cooldown to take as much Xanax as you can!

Step 3: Overdosed? Send logs!

In the event of an overdose, navigate to your events page and find the little paper airplane. For desktop it should be displayed front and center, for mobile you need to tap on the event you want to send for the icon to appear. Send your overdose event log to me: BeaRv1[3099304] and I will be notified about your overdose. Once I am notified, I will check the logs to make sure all steps were followed correctly and you overdosed during your allotted coverage window.

Step 4: Receive compensation based on insurance type and perks

If all the prior steps were followed you will be payed out based on the insurance type you bought into plus an additional bonus if you have Overdosing X and/or are actively working in a 7* Nightclub. My list of known factions with Overdosing X is manually updated and continuously evolving. If your faction does not clearly display in it's description or I have doubts that you have Overdosing X I will reach out via mail with a link for you to create a custom API key. This key ONLY checks your perks for me to verify you indeed have Overdosing X. After I confirm you have the perk (~5-10 minutes) you will be notified, letting you know you can freely delete the API key. Appropriate compensation will shortly follow.

Here are some frequently asked questions, if you have a question, comment, or concern not answered in the section below, feel free to reach out to me via mail

Why would I use a service like this?:

Anytime you are taking either Ecstasy or Xanax you are susceptible to an overdose. Depending on the circumstances, this can be either a minor inconvenience or a sizable chunk of networth. Whether it be preparing for a long war, taking your daily Xanax to use in the gym, preparing for a Happy Jump, or even just gambling to see if you overdose, it's all covered! Just make sure you buy the correct insurance and follow the proper steps to receive compensation.

Does it matter if you are offline/away?:

Not at all! I built a custom script that logs both items sent to me as well as events. This along with Torn's very own log and event page will ensure your payment will never get lost. In the event of an overdose, I am notified via discord webhook to facilitate a fast compensation. Compensation times can range from as little as ~5 minutes to as much as ~2 hours. If something happens and you aren't compensated within 24 hours, please don't hesitate to reach out and ask!

Is it possible to insure multiple people at once?:

Yes! Just include their name and ID in the message along with whatever insurance type everyone is getting. While you can do different insurance types per person, to simplify things I recommend if you are buying in a group to all buy into the same package. I will reach out personally if there are any confusions about group payments. Here are some examples if people bought in as a group.

If you all plan on having the same insurance package and fee amount

• Player 1 sends 3x Xanax with the message: FGI - Basic - Player2[ID] Player3[ID]

If someone in the group wants to buy a different insurance option than the rest, put it in brackets after their id

• Player 1 send 3x Xanax with the message: FGI - Basic - Player2[ID][HJ A] Player3[ID]

• Preferably break up different insurance types into different groups as problems can arise.

What if I am doing a choco jump? Can I still be insured?:

Yes! It doesn't matter if you are doing a Happy Jump, Choco Jump, or even just taking Ecstasy to see if you overdose. As long as you buy the proper insurance package and follow the steps, you will be compensated in the event of an overdose. Don't know what a Choco Jump is? I highly recommend you go check out this guide, it was my preferred way to train early on as a newer player up to 200k in each stat.

I'm a bit confused on your bonuses, how do they work?:

If you happen to be in a faction with the Overdosing X perk or in a 7 Nightclub you will be eligible for the "bonus" payout, which will be additional to your original insurance package compensation. If you claim to have the Overdosing X perk but your faction either does not clearly display it or is on the lower end of respect, you will be asked to verify your perks. More information can be found below.

You mentioned a script that logs information, is my information safe?:

Of course! The main reason I pull any information at all is to populate a google sheet and a discord webhook. This logs items and events received as well as notifies me of an overdose and shows me simple information like your name and if you qualify for certain perks. Everything I built follows Torn's Rules and Torn's Script Rules. The only information collected and used is the following:

• Torn Name (For display on discord webhook embed - Stored for logging fees/overdoses)
• Torn Id (For display on discord webhook embed - Stored for logging fees/overdoses)
• Company (To see if you are in a 7* Nightclub or not - Not Stored)
• Faction (Cross reference with list to check for Overdosing X - Stored - Manually updated)

The only time I will ask for additional information is if your faction does not clearly display their perks in the description or it is not in my personal list. I will send a link via mail to have you make a custom API key, which ONLY shows me your perks. Once I confirm you have the Overdosing X perk, you can freely remove the key and your faction will be added to the list.
