Interest rate: 1.5% Weekly.
Collateral is mandatory
Loan interest starts on the same day the loan is taken and interest is paid weekly. If you fail to pay 4 interests in a row, I have the right to sell the collateral and pay myself the loan + interest and send you the additional cash at that point.
NB. Items evaluation is depending on market price and my evaluation, and I have the right to reject certain items that would be difficult to sell and no traders would buy for its actual value.
