Received 2 nerve and energy refills a while back due to an issue with torn. Used up the energy ones, but my nerve refills have disappeared. Any way to report this?

Hi. Not sure if a bug, but in a mission I’ve been given, my opponent (non-player I’m assuming), is completely overpowered compared to me. I’m unable to land a single blow, whereas he can defeat me in 2 hits, where I’m wearing some of the best gear available. Can this be looked into?
