don’t want to fully discourage you here either tho!
It takes a solid few months 4+ to get all the edus done, which is painful because they do nothing outside of being a director and you are setting yourself back by delaying other important edus. Take that time to start building your networth, join a rw faction and start earning that way, get passive income going through bank and stock market and by the time the edus are done you will have the money to properly start a company. By then, you will have hopefully found a friend/mentor that is comfortable loaning you the money to buy a good company.
Once you’ve got there, you aren’t even done! Maintaining a company is one of if not the single most time taxing thing in this game after maintaining a faction. It is a ton of work finding employees, managing prices and stock and some days you make mistakes and lose money instead of making money.
That being said, it can be very worth it if you enjoy running something like that enough that the payoff is worth the grind. The passive income opens many doors and overall makes the game more enjoyable. It will never be the best source of income in this game and many sacrifices need to be made to get there, but this is a game at the end of the day and this is 100% a play style that certain people enjoy. If you want to min/max things like battle stats, owning a company is not for you. If you set this as a goal to work towards and are ok with the opportunity cost, it is a very rewarding part of a text-based community-driven game!
The stock blocks also roughly increase gross income by 10%, so not necessary, but very nice especially if you want to push high star or run an expensive company
Currently making 22m per day average net income. Willing to consider deals with or without current staff, with staff looking for offers Around 11.5b, buy now at 12b.
current staff are excellent, that’s why I would consider a lower price if I can bring some with me.
To Xan or not to xan, that is the question? You can’t be something that is something! Unless….guided, perhaps by the mythical lusty? Homer, both the philosopher and he who provides a home to the greats. you’re welcome, I’m here all week ;)

If you start a company, you have to have an edge you can offer people, usually going to be higher pay + bonuses or recruit your friends to help get the ball rolling. I don’t recommend starting a cheaper company as buying one will usually result in a net 20% saving on upgrade costs. It would also means that you start with perks and trains available. You may need to cast your net wide and direct message many new players that don’t have a company job to get started, but these aren’t employees you want long-term. Long-term you will need to hawk the forums and figure out the market.
