To me, those numbers were way too absurd to small players: no one should be paying more than 2 million per hour just for an ad (you know that, right?).
While that charge is affordable to big companies, smaller businessmen, traders, and faction leaders, aren't money making machines. Therefore, they would have to spend expensive on advertising. I provide a solution for that.
I believe that businessmen, leaders, and traders, have the right and freedom to spread information. It was that principle that made me start a cheap ad service that caters specially for small businessmen looking for cheaper ad service.
When you avail my services, I charge per half hour so you have full control on when you only wanna be advertised. As opposed to the mandatory full hour agreements charged by big agencies. Sometimes, people can only afford half-hours. Add that to the really cheap price that's practically a steal, specially to small players.

For factions and companies that has less than 5 members, the first 2 hours is discounted by 50k for the first order: that is, if you avail a full 2 hours on your first transaction with me, you'll only have to pay 1.95 million, instead of 2 million. FOR A FULL TWO HOURS.

**Reservation is only secured if there have been full payment.
**Ads are only done in Trade Chat *for now*. (If you are a small faction leader, or a company owner, dm me for an offer.)
**It does not actually require to be an ad. If you want me to just say anything in trade chat, I'd do it. Can be your hate on certain people, politics, sports team, whatever you want.
**Mistakes on your version of the ad is counted as done. If I made the important mistake (e.g. a typo on your link), time is reimbursed. Mistakes that aren't crucial (e.g. one typo in a non-link part of the ad) counts as done, but is corrected as soon as I notice.
**I usually am online for 4 hours a session. And I don't take breaks for 2 hour orders.
**Bulk orders are impossible. I actually recommend you try other bigger agencies for that. This is why this service is specially targetted to small clients who can't afford a 100 hour ad that'll cost hundreds of millions of dollars. But you can order another schedule after the service is done. This means reschedule.
**To make sure we are able to accomodate the growing client base, all scheduled time is hereby strictly implemented by removing all provisions for a time reimbursement. There will be no more time reimbursement. This means you will get 60 minutes / 1 million.
**Can do 40-60 messages per hour. Depending on delays caused by Chat 2.0 problems, etc.
**Chat 2.0 problems are still considered done. As much as I hate this, I had to make sure there are rooms for other clients. So from now on, I'll stop counting Chat 2.0 problems as free minutes.
**Personal Delays lasting longer than 10 minutes pauses the contract.
**Payment will be reimbursed back to the client if the delay lasted for any longer than 10 minutes. The client is given the choice if they want the job done. Reschedule is possible. Same thing if I suddenly lost connection that lasted longer than 10 minutes.
**Cancellation refunds all money for undone half-hours. Half-hours that already started aren't refunded anymore.
**No Cancellation except for delays stated above.
**Cancellations can be done for Chat 2.0 problems.
