I'm unsure of if this glitch affects the browser version, but it does on the Torn PDA app. If you spin the wheel, any of them, and it lands on one of the attack ones that would normally land you in the hospital, you can quickly change to another location before it processes (Crimes, map, etc.) and you won't be sent to the hospital. Sometimes, later on, reopening the wheel will send you to the hospital, but not always.
