I think it might be regarding the impassable % on the apron at least (never seen a 28%) but I know there are a few 26%'s and 27%'s that beat me, like for example TCO right above my post with the pants and apron. Don't think I wanna go through the effort of upgrading it anymore though.
Stumbled upon this thread today, figured my loadout is pretty enough now to share with the class :D
I might still at some point upgrade my secondary if I can find something fancier with a double bonus, but right now it's treating me right since I punch up in most wars. In general it makes our opponents regret focusing me first :)
