Yes I have figured out the reason for this issue. When I loan Temporary from faction, and turn to my Item - Temporary page, this issue will occur. I will can't use Quick Items.

Hi, I find an idea. you can use F12, and then find "Application", click the "clear site data" in "Storage". But after that you need to login torn again.
