Why does my skill level for the disposal time reset every time I get a critical failure? Does it lock at certain points or does any critical failure reset you forever?
I own a firework stand and I was under the assumption that after I got my first star I could start advertising. Is that not available for a firework stand or is there something I'm missing like a education course?
