Check out the wiki for the city job in Education. You are able to trade job points for work stats. I've used this repeatedly to increase certain job stats pretty quickly.
For example - the avg job might get you 20-40 intelligence per day, assuming you have the right position. But depending on how high you can get promoted in Education, you can earn up to 7 job points per day. 10 job points are required for 100 work stats. So basically, your role in education will get you some amount of INT (10-30) plus 10 times the number of job points you're earning each day. In the top role, you effectively can earn 100 INT per day.
I've been slowing stashing money aside from flying these damn plushies, and still squeezing in happy jumps every other week or so. But I think I'm wasting my time.
I have the education benefit block, I think I wanted to save up for a different benefit block, but never really figured out which would be worth it. Should I just spend all my money on edvds and Happy jump my stats as far as I can? Is there anything else you'd recommend?
I want to get the 10% edu reduction from being a principal, but I wanted to confirm with the community that I can go acquire this perk, and then quit altogether and return to my company and retain the 10% reduction time.

The Tron, checking in!
So how much does your faction require to fund this? 30% of all war earnings?
Here is a different frame, if a faction takes anywhere from 500M to 2B per war (weekly), and doesn't pay for xanax, where is that money going? Meds don't cost that much. The armory is already stocked. I just don't get it.
Can someone who runs a faction please share what the faction portion of a war payout is designed to cover? Also, what are some of the ratios your factions are using eg. 50% to members 50% to faction, or 75/25, 90/10?
Stalemate
Probably worth putting up recommended stats

Yea I'd say you got through some real hard yards. Congrats
What were your total stats to begin with? And how much did you add? I dont quite understand all the nuances of happiness and stat gains, but it feels like it would have been best in year 1. But now that im passed my happy jumping days, should I even be excited if/when I get it?
