Attacking Other players? · · 0 likes

I'm still relatively new to this game, but I've noticed the fighting with other players is a (not big but) definitely a part of it. Are there specific places where these take place or is it just a pick someone and go kinda thing?

I'm not sure if I'm working this well, but I just want to know if there are like rules on when/who to attack.
