I really dont know the meaning of this patch, if you want to nerf punc , just slight drop %, if you want to nerf Armor bouns just dont drop punc's % . 

Punc is not even the most popular bouns. Why only nerf this one instead of balancing other weapon bouns?

Why "nerf"? We need to calc the odds. How many EODs are there? Whats the chance of facing one of those during RW, most ppl dont have EOD.Not eveyone is rich as fk, they will only choose armor with higher cost-effectiveness like yellow or orange. 

Even if you meet a EOD during RW,  what are the chances that you can defeat him using such a low % punc? Either he is a high-BS player which means no matter what weapon you use, you cannot defeat him. Or your punc cannot be triggered, while eod can be triggered stably

This patch only buff punc to defeat EOD by tiny small % chances if you are a high BS player want to defeat another high BS player wearing a EOD. And at what cost?  The damage to normal / yellow / orange armor, which is used by 90% of torn players, has been reduced.

Punc % dropped are significant. It makes RED punc weapon looks like yellow weapon , and yellow punc looks like you can just sell it to Big AI.

So I am confuse, I dont know what this patch wanted. Nerf punc or Buff?
