My first ever guide so apologies in advance if the formatting stinks, I'll try to adjust along the way. Just thought I'd share the guide asap so people can get the globe!

Start: Follow the barely visable blue trail and enter Leslie’s house.

Inside the house, go to the first room to the right and talk to the waiter who gives you a key to unlock a door.

Use the key to unlock the door into the backyard. The door to the backyard is the top right room inside Leslie’s house at 993,-483

In the backyard you want to go all the way top left to enter the Maze entrance at 973,-451

Now the maze is a not very kind (: and Im just a simple guy so I just made a video of me doing the maze again for y'all:

MAZE RUN AT 4X SPEED - 1 MIN VIDEO

End-point is here at 972,-486, where there is an invisible wall that I marked with the red line. Go inside and talk to the hamster and retrieve Penelope.

Then you can go through this invisible wall, that I once again marked with the red line, and just go back to the police chief in the room below the hallway.

Talking to the Police chief after retreiving Penelope, will transfer you  into another room. Where all the accused are seperated into their own lines.

Go to Amanda, the one furthest to the left and select to accuse her by walking all the way into the questionmark at 936, 491 and then return back to the police chief.

Now you can claim your Snow globe but talking to the police officer on the right side.
