To clarify, our team was invited to test this service and share our honest feedback.

We can only speak to our own experience. Our interactions with TheEmpress were nothing but positive. Recruitment is time consuming, even when recruiting brand new people. Having someone else undergo that initial discussion with recruits, without having to chase them down, could potentially save time. It seems that whether such a service is right for an individual comes down to personal preference and faction need.

I think every faction owner acknowledges that there is an inherent risk to taking in, and committing to, new players. Obviously, per the screenshot, we did decide to take on a new batch from this process. I don't believe in turning people away who are new and willing to learn but I respect that others may feel differently about accepting fresh blood. Time will tell how many pan out but hey - all of us were noobs once.
