Best Faction I have been in. Not full of Try hards and yet they know what they are doing and don't stress about it. Glad to be here.
Crime rates are becoming impossible. Statistically i have had a 90% chance to succeed just based on how often i fail which was 10% of the time for even the hardest crimes. Now i fail about 80% of the time. It started about a week ago and now I am losing crime levels and nerve. There must be a problem in the code because statistically this deviation is not possible.

this is really needed. It doesn't effect game balance and it fixes a problem with morale.
