i've read all the other threads i could find about the issue, and i have picked up found items and defeated like seven different "previous owners" of items found in dump, and it still hasn't triggered the completion of the mission.

In the "Charity Work" Mission, it said to mug 2 people to complete. I don't remember the first name it gave, but I already mugged him. However, the second name on the list is Candyman5499, and every time I attack him, it says I hit him, but even on the critical hits, it does 0 damage. The fight continues until we either stalemate or he kicks my butt. His life NEVER goes down. No way to complete mission if no damage can be done to him.
