I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue when playing mobile. But when hitting NPCs etc it lags alot. So If the animations could be disabled. It would free up alot of it.

Actually I think this could be taken a step further and just give users the ability in the settings to disable any and all animations or gifs... especially the animated gifs.
Some folks still run potatoes on 56k
A can't imagine their time trying to access the map or look at a really well done up faction description.
I know the the user who would have loading speed issues is probably rare given this day and age but shoooot, I think their are more than a few that would turn off all animations if it meant even half a second of a faster page load.
