To be exact, I'm using a Huawei Y7A(yes.. Kinda old) and tried clearing the cache of my google chrome and the device's default browser. No issue with the PDA before. Out of nowhere, this happened. Even my Burglary section is messed up. The scouted locations aren't appearing.
