Basically, it's the science of human brain/behavior.
Fun fact: The reason most people don't remember people's names is because the primal part of the human brain* thinks it's useless (names are just a string of characters), so you can remember a person's face and life story and still don't remember their name.
*The primal part of human brain is built to ensure our survival and does irrational things at times
You can say this when you forgot someone's name to not embarrass yourself and sound smart at the same time (I do that lol)
You learn something new every day When you think about it, how the human body adapts to different things is amazing.
My favorite is more on the psychology side, about finding out why humans do things that they do, like why do people like to eat so much? A theory is- because of survival: when people eats, the brain releases a chemical (I think it's called dopamine?) that will make you happy. Humans need food to survive so by releasing the chemical, humans will eat food, get happy about eating food, and find more food and not die of starvation. (now that I think more about it pretty much all animals with brains should be like that)
