Level holding has caused me to reconsider playing torn. I am frustrated when I go into the bounties list and look for someone to fight, bounties are few an far between then I see someone on a lower level and thinking I can take it at face value I feel like it should at the very least be a fair fight, only to be one shot in a moment's notice. My good will for the game is now gone. Level holding is an unfair practice in my opinion when I look in bounties and find myself getting one shot by someone who is 1 or 2 levels different.

Thanks but now people are bullying me and putting giant bounties on me calling me an Rtard I didn't know until I asked a member of my faction. There's a 50k bounty on me, I'm coming back to torn now from SA if you want the bounty you can claim it

I'm not saying that level isn't a factor. I was upset with the concept at the time. I've already learned and taken steps to improving my stats
