The game needs some changing because it's horrible, that's why the suggestions exist. It's trying to be semi-realism without actually being realistic. No one needs to play this game for more than one week to notice that it lacks features that would make it better (more user interaction/dynamic system) or that it has existing features that doesn't actually make sense or that it has an RNG system which composes of nonsensical mathematics.
1. Drug addicts slowly lose the ability to exceed past 100 energy, in addition to slowly losing the ability to reach 100 maximum energy the more they continue to abuse drugs(You can decide the amount of drugs they would need to abuse at once or overall in order for this effect to activate). This is all due to how unhealthy and unfit they are, they start to lose stamina for the gym. While those that don't abuse drugs can become more fit for the gym, slowly being able to exceed past 100 maximum energy in addition to being able to generate energy faster than normal. Sweets abusers also receive the same penalty as the drug addicts, you can add a sugary drink which gives more happiness/energy, high consumption of that results in health issues, but high consumption of something like a lollipop for example takes a lot longer in order for a person to receive a penalty from it (due to lower sugar content)(and also sweets should be able to increase energy as well, not just happiness)
2. Stats - a stat should be able to receive a 100% win rate if they are especially above 50% of the opposing persons stat, for example "A" can have 1k speed while "B" have 20k dex, there's no reason why a 1k speed should be able to compete with a 20k dex if they are not at least a 10k speed, similarly, no person with 200 dex should be outmaneuvered by a person with 20 speed and similarly no person with 5k dex should be getting touched by someone with 100 speed. This isn't rocket science, it's basic math. The chances of hitting a person with that much dex would need to be dropped drastically, if you want to add more decimals to the equation that's what you need to be doing because their chances of hitting should basically be nearly non existent and boost stats should only be effective when it boosts the person's stat to either equivalent, above, or within the 50% mark or perhaps 40% mark, obviously the higher the dex is the lower the chances and I'm specifying this because apparently that's not how it works in this game according to what the staff makes it all out to seem and that's how it needs to be working because like I said this isn't rocket science.
And similarly no person with 100k dex should be getting touched with 10k speed or whatever the case, doesn't matter how much defense stats or strength stats they have either.
Tldr: there has to be a certain point with dex where a person simply has a 100% dodge rate REGARDLESS, completely untouchable.
3. ID cards can be used to impersonate players to steal profit from a player's company, in addition to ruining the effectiveness of the company.
The process for the impersonation is that you basically take ID cards from NPCs through the NPC crimes, and then you use a computer to do a cyber crime which is to basically phish the player to take all of the player's accurate personal information, in order for the player to get phished though, you'd have to actually interact with the player and get them to click a link, the best part is that even outside the game, the link would still work as the phish page, so if they are both in the same discord server for example and maybe they are friends or something, whatever the case may be. If the person sends them the link and they click on it, the attacker would receive the players credentials and then through the cyber crime tab they would have to print/laser the details on the ID (which would take 24 hours to do) and they could use it to basically interact with the player's company including taking profit from it.
The attackers will also be able to make the links less suspicious from the cyber crime tab, they would be able to make the suspicious links look like a regular torn link, a regular link to the wiki or to a forum or to a store whatever the case, they will have those options. They will need a certain skill set level in order to do that though.
Now there will be a way to counter this - the victim player would have the option to hire either an NPC investigator or a player investigator from like a security company (player investigators receive a bonus) the higher the level of the investigator, the quicker they will be able to find out the identity of the person that's impersonating, they would have the option to basically "monitor the business" which would happen by itself once they click the option, and then basically the more that the enemy uses the ID card, the quicker the investigator will be to finding them, once the investigator finds them they won't be able to impersonate the same person for a week or more. Also as soon as the victim is phished - they would have the option to of course attack the person that phished them (if they remember or know who did it) and they will have the option to mug the person for all the details they took, if they can't do that, they will have the option to assign another player to mug the person for them to get the details. Now this also means that if an attacker does something where they don't know who gave them the link, then obviously they won't be able to do anything until the attacker attacks the business (unless they can try guessing who may have did it). So for example, If I use a discord account that no one is familiar with, no one knows that Artists use it, I give the link to the target, they click it, they wouldn't know that Artists did it therefore nothing they can do at that point.

I don't think you understand how autism work, I think you're confusing it with the disorder you have which is known as schizophrenia and dyslexia. You may comment once you receive treatment.
You may feel free to live out your delusions and your lack of understanding business models or humans, and I definitely don't want to see any of you imbeciles mention anything about intellect on any level because I can assure you that in that scale I am far above all of you combined.
Anyway I personally think the rest of you are idiots as well so I won't bother wasting time with the rest of you.
It's interesting that you mention 4th grade because your logic is equivalent to that of a 4th grader.
To imply that an amount of currency equals good is nonsense when you take into consideration that majority of people spend money on games to get RID of the boredom, not because they enjoy the game, they play it, find it boring, but find the benefits of the spending more interesting so they spend their currency. It's not the other way around where majority of them spend because they find the game to be so exciting, that only applies to the fewer portion of people.
You also have to take into the consideration of those who prefer to live in their fantasy world of being seemingly powerful in a video game thereby they too would feel the need to spend currency but not because the game is so exciting but because it exists and some people want to be ahead of others, it's no different from people that goes to a platform, create an "OG username" And then disappear. They don't like the platform but they know at some point someone will want to buy the username. That's how it works.
Tldr: Receiving large amounts of income doesn't necessarily mean your game is amazing and you're an idiot.

At that point there's either two choices. Listen to the suggestions because perhaps some of them are actually beneficial (even the overly complex suggestions which usually more dynamic = fun) and what that means is that this game lacks a system where users can have more interaction with the features e.g. having a mini game for robbery, more interaction tends to have more positive feedback for majority of games depending on what the game is supposed to be, you need a mixture of interactive and non interactive to attract both types of audience, or you can ignore the suggestions and continue with the design that you think is great but it's mainly only beneficial to specific types of players *ahem* pay to win players. It's like the argument for games prioritizing graphics over functionality or graphics over performance.
You're metaphorically prioritizing the graphics over functionality or performance. Prioritizing graphics only impress idiots and people that don't understand the beauty of optimization, just like how your dev team doesn't seem to understand the beauty of adding more functionality to the game because they lack the skills to even be able to write anything more complex than what you already have (which is probably why you're trying to hire more devs anyway)
