WHAT YOU GET OUT OF IT
Base:15–25× your highest working stat
Exact salary depends on your stat combination and the positions needed
Overpayment until 5★ – as compensation for the lack of trains and perks while we build up
Bonus for Employee Effectiveness merits, on top of base:
EE 1–3 → 30k per EE level
EE 4–6 → 40k per EE level
EE 7–10 → 50k per EE level
(e.g. EE 5 = +200k, EE 10 = +500k per day)
Monthly pay review: If your effectiveness has made a noticeable jump that shows in company profits, or your EE level has changed, your salary is adjusted to match – no need to job-hunt to stay fairly paid
Rotational trains – everyone gets their turn (as soon as our star rating brings in trains)
