I did the merit reset to get that merit point for resetting it and my nerve dropped from 32 to 25 but I only had 2 points in the nerve merit

I've watched a few videos on happy hopping and I get different answers so it's kind of confusing. I tried to follow one guide that said to eat a bunch of candy then do exstacy to double happy then pop a xanax to get energy to train but then when I do it I was told I can't do both drugs at once?
is there anything that could fix this?

if it only loaded a small number of chats it wouldn't take forever to load every time I get a message
I guess I'm forced to delete messages if I want it to work properly?
if it only opened 5 to 10 first, then with a load more chats button it wouldn't have this issue
there should be a crash if irl has one though right
