Hey i currently work in a TV Network and occasionally when i spy there'll be a Green * next to a targets stat, but i have no idea what it means or references, any ideas? i was originally thinking it was a SE or something but not sure as i see it on lower stat people too

the ones getting hospitalised were usually penalties for being late or not opening their bazaars so were bountied xD
