Im currently renting a maxed out PI, if anyone is interested in being a partner we will split half the rent and ill take care of up keep im very active and i only accept money at the beggining of our transaction. Im a major trader so i have no pdoblems covering rent but if you cant come up with 10 millions within 30 days ill just devorse you and move on. Devorces only happen if you dont have money for rent at the beggening of the month.
