Before outage i was sitting in wall on war after rejoining torn i was off the wall and i cannot rejoin as it states i am losing an attack

I have full life and no event is showing

While attacking a territory last night the faction destroyed itself and the counter continued to count upwards with no opposing faction. Should a faction not default to win this territory if this happens? This morning i cannot access the faction page just getting 550 permission denied error is this connected?

Also city page is in accessible and doing crimes
