Moderation is key here....... I started playing torn when I was around that age,
my home life wasn't exactly ideal and I used torn as an escape. and my parents were way to focused on drugs to care about what I was doing with my time so I no lifed the shit out of torn in my early days and I do mean no lifed.
I would stay up day and night as much and as long as I could playing torn, skip school for months being a general pain in the ass from just being a stupid kid, all the way up to trying to scam people and acting like I knew it all.....
what I didn't know as a kid was sitting infront of a computer for so long can have physical affects especially when going through puberty.... one day my ribs on my left side started to have a constant ache..
told my parents but they brushed it off and said "oh its growing pains" turns out I had actually given myself f**king scoliosis.... at the age of 16 I went through a 12 hr surgery to put rods and screws in my spine. Going from 5"7 to 6"2 the ache on my rib turned out to be my spine on my ribs...

Been in 3 since I came back, one was a cache farm, leader was good shit, paid well. Once he sold the faction, we all joined him at his home faction. (2+ mill respect) lots of good perks. For training, wars, travel, etc.
Unpaid RW/chains, opened caches for membership use, then they started talking to and joined a HOF faction took the big hitters and "most" active people cleared out the armories offered places for people when our activity got better.
Then after a week it came down the pipe that a new requirement was 200m in stats, to join em kinda screwed afew of us over but meh,
Current, one is good, paid wars close nit, leadership helps out where and when they can, focused on growth of the players and faction easy to approach 10/10 cant complain
