I'd like the community's take on a warning I received, and on how my dispute was handled, because I think it shows a real problem with how these reviews work.
I tried to send a private message to a faction mate, and the send button did nothing so I jumped into faction chat to check whether chat was broken in general:

"PW" is Polish shorthand for prywatna wiadomość, which means private message. It's my habit, the same way you'd type "PM", and in the moment of being pissed that my PMs are not going through it was the first shortcut for the private message that came into my mind.
About a minute later (09:08) the PM went through, and I followed it up in that same conversation with "oh now i can Xd". The timestamps show it: a test dot, a comment about PMs not sending, and a working PM a minute later.
The next day, I got an Official Warning for Compromising Security (Moderate): "Attempting to obtain people's private account information, including their password."
Look at those three lines again. Where is the attempt to obtain anything?
There's no question in them. Nobody is asked for anything.
No person is addressed, so there's no target.
"i cant send pw" is a statement about me, not a request aimed at anyone else.
It was sent in my own faction's chat, among people I play with every day, to check whether chat was working.
Even if you read "pw" as "password", the sentence "I can't send password" doesn't ask anyone for theirs. The rule is about obtaining information, and nothing here obtains or asks for anything.
I filed a dispute with the full context, the timeline, a screenshot of the PM going through, and the explanation of what PW means in Polish. I also said plainly that I was not trying to get anyone's information.
Staff reply, 28 minutes later:
"We understand and appreciate that it was a joke, but per our guidelines we treat something like this consistently as an attempt to expose player passwords and warn players who try this."
Then the thread was locked.

Not once. My whole dispute says the opposite: it was a language abbreviation and a genuine complaint that my PMs weren't sending. The reply answers a dispute I didn't write. It reads like a canned response for the "lol type your password" prank, pasted onto a case that has nothing to do with it.
That raises a few questions:
Was my dispute actually read? If it was, how did "PW = private message in Polish" become "it was a joke"?
What was the attempt? The rule says "attempting to obtain." Which player was I trying to obtain a password from, and how?
Why lock it immediately? When the reply misstates what I said, I can't even correct it in the thread.
Genuinely curious what people think. It almost sounds like some failed AI agent is reviewing the reports and cases.
Not sure if this was an issue before, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't since I have done that plenty of times before - when searching for an item with the search box and removing the content witihin the search bar below is shown
That gets fixed upon switching the tab/refreshing the page
