this is the best advice ever, get your skimming skill up to 25 and put as many in the gas station as you can and just let them sit for months at a time, i only got one discovered in there so far ever
you're gonna be getting money, experience and by the time you get to skimming (if you go in order with the crimes), you are definitely gonna be over lvl 50 already if not much higher
