I’m a new every day grinder loving the game. Thus far I’ve resisted joining a faction because I hate obligations and have no interest in warring. What I am interested in is nurturing my skills and education to grind myself a unique niche in torn city society. Can someone help me understand how joining a faction could be a means to that end? Are there factions with education perks? I’m looking to avoid large faction obligations (RWs and chains). Sorry if this sounds inane lol. Thanks in advance for any help and clarification
