I'm not very active in the forums but I'd like to share some long term goals I've recently achieved in Torn. The first goal I achieved during Halloween week was to finally hit 50b net worth and get the last rank of Invincible. I've been concentrating on this merit for the past 2 years by primarily buying bbs with any and all money I earn an hopping them around to get more expensive bbs. The second long term goal I've done was finally getting the WLT bb, a total luxury bb to have but i've always dreamt of having it since I took the time to complete all the travelling merits.

To top off the cash needed for the WLT bb I sold a parachute I recently found around town, the buyer was very generous to me, I won't mention his name but I asked for 420m for it but once he heard of my goal he upped the buy price to 440m, I sold my HRG bb block which kindly enough paid out a castle as its last bb and my big Al's BB along with smaller bbs I've accumulated that gives benefits such as free banners, lower education time, etc. 

I know this isn't very exciting but now that I have achieved my main goals with this game I kind of am struggling to set new goals. The obvious one is to chase the 100b merit now however that one stills feels far away. I don't feel rich enough to chase top of charts on gym stats. So i'd like to hear some people's goals at the time so I can get inspired to rise to new heights. Since I am sort of an award chaser I'll be looking to get the honor for owning all stocks bb and the 1k kills with every weapon type. Then the far away 100b networth. Time has taught me to set my goals to be achievable not lofty, you make them realist so you can achieve them and then move the moving post to not lose motivation, that's my mindset now days.

So what are you chasing in torn? Will you ever get it or lose your motivation along the way. It took me a while but I am almost feeling complete.

yeah crimes 2.0 is definitely a goal, now I want to start getting into cache lottery and selling premium weps and armor so who knows maybe that will snowball.

i'm a daily player most of my weekly dividends pay the same day so with my mcs and Evil duck bb i usually do a premium train if i don't od, so bump that to 1k and let it rip. things like fhc and ecans I accumulate for books so i have over 130 fhcs just sitting for when i get the redo book. The two PRN edvds i get per week i just sit on them and then sell it every now and then to build my NW. Holding on to BBs is a strong way of buildng networth took me forever to get crude e co, but that alone has been giving me 80m per month and i'm up 700m on it. Hopefully something similar happens to my WLT bb.  This may not be the most efficient way of making money but it has been working for me and is a consistent way of raising your networth.

Probably a giant AFK since my dumbass once torn switched from user name to email to log in made me lose access to my account for 4 years. Then one day I stumbled on a torn bookmark remembered of this game went to log in and after I failed to log in with username and pw I glanced and saw email so decided to try to log in with my email and voila I got back into the matrix.

Halloween is a self feeding event, start off with as many 9 fhcs to get the ball rolling after your first exchange you'll have enough cans and fhcs for next exchange rinse and repeat. If you think 150m is too much to start the event off on the right foot then idk what to say. But other than that initial booster investment you shouldn't need to add any cash into the event and everything will be profit. 

The torn algo that makes new players more likely to win is getting out of hand, they deny it every time but we know it's there to attract and keep younger players. No wonder so many people have multi accounts probably gaming the casino in the early period where they have better odds of winning.

So now with crimes 2.0 I was thinking it's time for a new mission giver next to duke that offer nerve based crimes with money and special award tokens with a new offers based on crime mats. 

One day you can have mission like mug 10 cyclists, or earn 250k on hustling on and on to mix up how the city does crimes instead of spamming the same crimes day after day. 

You tried so hard for so long to have a feud with me and I just ignored you time and time again. You're a toxic person who will leave no one missing you, from your attempts at scamming to then becoming a notorious buy mugger. Good riddance. Yeah maybe I fell for the bait of this post but I just want to extend my sincere rest in shit and don't let the door hit you on your way out.

It's called an inflection point at this stage enough people play it that just the player base talking gets new people in.

But I am just. I'd like to see long term inactive players holding on to bbs that pay cash to have that cash drop into their wallet. The current bb system means bbs are only cleared by a click instead of automatically. Maybe work out a automatic collection on inactive players at a certain frequency, once every few months, once a year, etc and time it to be near events like population day, st patrick massacre, haloween, etc that way even our missions targets can give us a nice surprise every now and then.

So I lost access to my account for a few years after the change from username to email was made and my dumbass refused to read user email and kept trying username which led me to give up and forget about torn until one day years later I saw a book mark of torn. Again I tried to login but this time I read user email and typed the right info.

Hundreds of mugs had happened but I also got a lot of bbs in that period, the game had evolved and I've been a daily user since then. This idea sucks because torn is constantly evolving and so are the players life. Someone may not have the time to spend on this game now. For example fathering a small child and choose to quit but the kids grow and one day they may have more free time and want to come back to this distraction. 

A lot of us have been with torn for most of our adult lifes hell I started at 17 and I'll be going on 40 by the end of the decade. That's a long time for some dweeb to take over my networth and all I accomplished in that time anywhere from 100 to 20 attacks.

How disrespectful for you to suggest You can take over my account and all the sweat I put into it for a measly 500 to 2500e. Seriously what's next weapons that vampire out players skill and give it to the attacking player?
