been lucky to talk to a few players about training, RW gear, different tools and such, and so on; when i started i was a little hesitant to just message someone knowing the game's style, but tbh most players are pretty chill and willing to share their knowledge.

lmao it already does if youre involved in a semi active faction (anything other than a retirement fac basically)

exactly this, it makes RMT super easy, and honestly theres no reason to let these continue to run rampant through torn.

I am curious if this means they might consider adding more to the bookies though, like RW betting or events that arent covered already (i cant look cuz i self excluded xD)

I’ve definitely learned a few lessons in my time in torn, the biggest being to not burn myself out too fast! i spent my first year trying to do as best i could as fast i could, and let my ideas outgrow my abilities. while i’ve spent time letting money burn a hole in my pocket, i definitely learned that there should be a better balance to doing the fun and doing the boring (as of now, i’m splitting my income 50/50 between fun short term and fun long term)

to anyone who leaves, i’ll always wish them luck in their future endeavors, and to you, windy, i’ll do the same! i sincerely hope for the best in whatever you pursue next :)

I've been trying to figure out how to respond to all of this for the past like 48 hours almost. Thank you to all who were active in the team across the torn chat, discord, and even my dms. It was extremely rewarding to be a part of this team, and while were out so early, there were some who made their marks quickly and decisively. I do have a FEW thanks to give out, and for the ones who've been in VC or general chat with me know that I can ramble for quite a while, so I'll try to keep this quick.

Names first, then ill dig into the why for each.

Finally, my 2 friends outside my team

These 2 have been my friends since my early days in torn, and the entire time have tried and mostly succeeded in educating me on A way to do well in torn (yes ik there are multiple, but theirs works and makes sense) During the course of my last elims participation, I made some missteps along the way, and between these 2 managed to put myself in a better spot for this year.

For anyone who feels I forgot them, its kinda hard to put everything to words, and that's why you see grouping in this message. I could go on and on about why each person was awesome in their own way, but to put words to paper AND not ramble (like i am already) is so difficult I did what I could. 

Thank you all for such a wonderful team this year! I had a blast listening to all the things going on across our time in the event, and was happy to be a very small part of that o7
