We don't, however, have karma guidelines. Perhaps we should.

As someone who is always definitely exporting things and definitely knew this feature existed, I would love if it was improved by the things Christof said.

It seems like you are running a fac for new players, which is what WTF does best so I can give some advice. 

>2k total battle stats

You don't need 2k before getting to 15, this will take them ages. The quicker they get to 15 the quicker they can start taking xan and flying - 200 str/spd and some basic armour from your fac armoury should be enough. If you can afford it, buy and loan them prof. weps from fac armoury too. 

>Baldr's list

Can be tricky to get hits using baldr's list but this is at least the right advice. They can also find their own targets if they are dono/sub using FFScouter and advanced search. I wrote a guide on it.

I mean you should be able to do this yourself if you're running a fac but there are lots of premade guides on this too. The basics are of course how and when to stack, how to turtle, how a push works, which temps to use, how distraction works. 

You should also teach them correct edu order for beginners as well as which merits to get and not get in what order, which companies to focus on, remind them to join OCs, etc.

Recruit players that already have dono/sub status and are new, they are most likely to stay and grow. Kick inactives unless you are running a cache farm. 

Realistically however, you should simply sell your fac and join a bigger one and learn all this stuff naturally until you can run a fac without having to ask how.
