Hey Beastie Boy. I was listening to Bonnie Tyler Faster than the speed of light earlier. Now since I saw your name I gotta listen to Beastie Boys Paul Boutique. Thanx to all the ladies!

Hello fellow fans. I would have to say Undertow is my favorite with especially the first four songs. I think it's the raw rock sound on that album. Sober being the best. Lyrically and musically. Just hits hard and deep like a one night stand and a bag of coke. Toadley loved Aenima, R.I.P. Bill Hicks. That album was their approach to a cleaner sound that was perfected on Laturalus. 10,000 days was a very great album in its own right and I must confess I've never listened to Fear Inoculum fully but have heard 7empest and it is full of awesome! Maynard had written some solid music almost every turn. In fact my 2nd favorite album by him is A Perfect Circle Mer De Noms. Judith and The Rose are absolute best and full of late middle school into highschool nostalgia. I could have touched on the E.P.'s but I've gone on long enough. Love you guys. Was thrown askew when I saw the forum. Thanx OP.

Congratulations Cheesus, you got us the Fuck word. ·

There once was a fuck that was unique and loved by all. Then another fuck came along and was soon joined by his friends. Before you knew it, we were all surrounded by fucks.

Weird animals you're afraid of · · 3 likes

Fear of chickens is quite understandable. My neighbor was attacked by a rooster when they were a kid and recently left working at a hardware store when the job required her to handle chicks. I, myself, have grown up around chickens and roosters and don't share the same fear.

Geese are definitely some ornery beasts. Working landscaping in their territory taught me that. They would chase people on z turn mowers. Funny sight for sure.

As for my animal of choice that frightens me are primates. The weirdest ones for me are baboons, humans are a very close second with meanness and strangeness. I would never want to be in close proximity to even one baboon, thank you Ren and Stimpy cartoons. And talking apes?!? Heck no. Amy, bad gorilla!

This is a good one but stuff like this kind of makes me miss Autistic_Dragon.😢

can God make mistakes? ·

Yes it's all about perspective. To deny truth would be walking blindly. I do see beauty in our "world" and some humans have done wonderful and selfless things for mankind but a lot of 'man as a whole try to devour each other in the name of greed, even going so far as to hide that behind the name of God.

What are you listening to? ·

Today as I was cutting grass it is Jamie Foxx-Peep This album on cassette in my walkman. Love Dog House and Summertime. Later I'll be popping in Fu Schnickens-F.U. Don't Take It Personal. It's my jam!

Are you an empath? · · 2 likes

I was someone who could feel someone's feelings and walk in someone's shoes by looking and talking with them. Made giving advice an easy and natural action and, in school, was a decent peer psychiatrist. I wound up letting people use me up until I had no more left to give. I dug deep into alcohol which helped numb feeling people's emotions, they can be intense and draining. I tried to completely ignore people and their wanting... And it worked for a time. I've rarely drank in seven years and completely abstain for over a year, living the good boring life, and I can still look at a person and sense their intentions and emotions.

I rarely indulge letting people know, except in cases like this post and rarely help people. I help those that actually need help and I still enjoy it, my original addiction of helping people... What a weirdo, right? I have a sort of George Carlin outlook of people and being an, "empath", is a magnet to users and abusers. If you allow them they will drain you up and throw you aside looking for the next sucker. It can be a curse and I see people writing on here about it being a great thing with fresh faceness. Makes me smile but as someone with a great many cracks be warned and be careful. Don't indulge in so much drugs either. They can be fun but they can drain life from you quickly enough, as well.

This has been another after skool special from a special-minded friend.

can God make mistakes? ·

Giving man the Word of God and allowing man to rule over themselves. Hey, don't get me wrong, free will is nice and fine but how humans really show what they've done with the Word of God through division, wars, death, oppression... Rarely do I see something that makes me smile about being part of the human race.

Krastinov visits old Friends and Foes · · 5 likes

Good job on sobriety Krastinov. Not easy. I'm in the same boat except only a year and a half sober. Have watched a lot of people die of drugs since high school, 20 years ago, and just lost another. It's difficult especially when everyone else you know still does it and they don't seem to understand that brain and body have had enough. Good times are good to have in moderation but it's very easy to lose yourself. Again a great feat you've accomplished and congratulations.
