Something about how I can't stand these AI mongs and they're bottom feeders and not artists.

I will use this space to create a valid review, as intended.

I'd like to personally thank "Torn's Graphics Forum Discord" for their immense help to the community. Unfortunately, it didn't help the community succeed in any way. Just unite to create a new community hub. The server is lacking in almost all aspects. The only thing that it has exceeded itself with is a inactive user base. However it did walk, crippled through the forums for enough time to be used as a perfect example as to how to not run a community. 

At its core was a power hungry mediocre artist without any interest in helping the development in the torn community, but simply hoping to be a figurehead and someone important, as they cannot manage that feat from their artwork alone. Throughout their communications publically they seem to polite and approachable but in direct messages with this person (and I've seen) they have done nothing but verbally attack every artist in their own community even. Even saying that putting their art next to others would make theirs look "cheap". Stellar words. I couldn't agree more, you just had it the wrong way around.

How this server fell from heights it previously had is not a shocker to me. I am hoping with the new management being Nyx he can create something and a discord worth holding onto. Maybe in time some of the community that are aware they've been shat on will come back. I am doubtful mind.

I would be skeptical being part of this server if you have any level of engagement elsewhere. I am told that you are kick banned for being part of alternative communities, even if they have a different remit. Moderators with mere engagement elsewhere have been banned from being part of this dying server.

I would also like to personally thank the staff of the game, especially Nyx with invested interest in this dead server for keeping it in the wrong board and moving any other thread regarding alternative Discords. Congratulations on the transfer of ownership. Im sure in time you might even be able to swiz your way into making it almost a torn official board but saying that I personally wouldn't want to do that on a prior made discord with such cracked foundations mind.

Goodluck to the Torn Graphics Forum Discord, I wish it's revival - after all the community needs all the discords it can get to keep up engagement...

But I doubt the big artists will ever return. :) 

All opinions differing from this statement is not expressed by myself or the ethos of the commmunity I happen to own. I acknowledge every persons right to use any forum thread to voice their personal opinions. I also acknowledge that many torn artists are upset with Kuro, Nyx and the wider staffing community currently as this travesty is still in the graphics forum. But it's clear to see why when a staff member has a vested interest. 

Please keep other communities names outside of this thread going forward my fellow brothers and sisters and enbys.

I am currently open closed to customs at this present time. I will be taking 4 custom orders at time. Price is dependant on sizing, styling and general effort. I can replicate most torn styles and a good portion of outside torn mainstream gfx styling.

I will only be taking orders for Torn work for Torn cash. Please do not ask for work unrelated to Torn.

My turnover time is dependant on the complexity of the orders on my waiting list. I would say that all 4 orders are generally completed within a week period.

• Profile pictures / profile signatures / forum signatures
• Faction banners, advertisements,  recruitment images
• Company images
• Full html thread/profile designs with corresponding graphics.

I have always struggled with making customs due to motivation. Money isn't really a motivator to me, so I need something else. But I often get asked about doing customs. But the xanax, refills and cans I don't ever take is getting very expensive, or something.. So that's really motivating. 

My prior customs auction? Consider it cancelled. 

I will make customs for $25,000,000 cash or 1x Donator pack.

All Proceeds over my daily expenses will absolutely not go towards Bountying AI "Artists", as that would be toxic and frowned upon by the white knights. I would never do such a thing. If bounties are thrown after orders are made, it is simply that of coincidence.

You must post a stock/render/theme here. PMs/Chats will be ignored. 

If you're a known graphics artist, you must also post an additional style. Because I'm going to assume you're doing this because you're too lazy to create something yourself.

Any R-'s will be assumed to be misclicks and nothing more. I'm too much of a GOAT to have people dislike my thread. Big ups Cinder with the first clear misclick.

Notes:

• All images torn sizes (profile picture, forum signature and profile signature being 600x200) are considered the same to me. I scale down usually anyway. Anything that requires me to adjust my premade photoshop canvas size will cost you more for the inconvenience or will be ignored.

• I make graphics for me mostly, not for you. If I make something and you don't like it, that's fine. I don't care, don't buy it. It'll have my name on until payment anyway. There's a conveyer belt of artists, go to one of them. They'd appreciate your money more than I.

• I am colour blind, if specific shade perfect colouring matters to you, go to someone that isnt colour blind.

• I will not make anything for factions, companies or couples. People ordering these kind of things tend to be moderately intolerable and I don't fancy a social guidelines ban this week. 

• Patchwork only gets 7 minutes of my time per 25m.

Female Stock is potentially AI generated, no idea. There's another stock there of unknown origin but it's mostly poorly upscaled and used for effect.

Everything else, c4d, texture, effect wise is made solely by myself with no packed resources from online. 

Text is an after thought and only there for non-ripping purposes in-line with the specification.

As much as I do see your viewpoint here brother. The rules of which have been followed for a long time in the graphics forum are changing. It will take time to find a new equilibrium. 

Trust in the staff to have the bigger picture in mind. As I was told by a friend and relatively high up staffer: Bite the tongue, Bend the knee it isn't worth losing an access to the game for.

For there is a million of rules that can be changed up and actively enforced that are not currently being done, each defended with the knowledge if an administrator or staff member tells you to adhere a new community guideline not listed. Its a new valid rule unto you.

We cried for enforcement of moderation in the graphics forums for years, a bit late now. Now is better than never I guess. We got what we want, even if it is a little warped initially. 

Us artists always win in the end.

Most of the open community do not understand how the graphics forums work. Have no idea about the tagging community or anything outside this little one board forum. They would think tagging originated here and everything related is torn related and it's not. 

To them It's just pixels with a crazy charge.

Going open about it might buy some general support, but it's not going to start the movement you think it likely will. You'll become a victim of further moderation and censorship in the end.

Let the dust settle and figure out how to move forward.
