Based on current 3M rate of 49.17% you would get 184,387,500$ (with 10/10 bank merits) extra after 3months. 154,387,500 after 30m fee. Comes out to a ROI of 62%. Not sure where he's getting the earning of 200m extra, but might be possible if you got lucky on timing with bank rates.

I did the same, but using avg auction house history for past year from Torn trade. I change all Dune Armor to Bunker bucks rate because i was worried the avg price was overvaluing that armor since its likely only the high quality stuff gets auctioned.

In a similar position, small faction plat 2 no rank up after 2 wins now. With even lower stats than your faction. Pay has been good and so far enjoying the new matchmaking system.
If there is a ceiling based on stats that should be public knowledge. Until confirmed we will keep trying for plat 3.

Not impressed with new matchmaking so far. Got matched against a faction in gold 2 vs us at plat 2. No surprise to my faction, we win despite stat disadvantage. No one changes rank, its like the war didn't even happen. The new system assumes higher stats = win and its punishing those who win by coordination, turtling, and activity rather than stats alone.
War was started with no terms and they asked for terms within a few hours from start of war.

The problem with Sport Sneakers is they are so expensive the opportunity cost of owning them will almost always outweigh the benefits gained by owning them.
At 14B cost that means your loosing out on 3.5b a year at 25% return if invested in something like PI rentals (9.5M a day). Unless your a Whale and already maxing out your booster cooldown 24/7 it will be more efficient not to own this item and just invest the money else where to spend the interest earned to speed up your gym gains.
If the math made since on this item more players would own it.

Mediocre / Budget loadout because money spent on gear is money not making money. 
Armor: Full Riot set about 400m. Most people in my stat range are still using melee weapons and the riot helm blocking pepper spray is top tier.
Melee: Metal Num-chuk Empower 62%. 187M. Much cheaper than Maccana or DBK empower and very similar stats.
Secondary: Blowpipe. cheap but does good DOT
Primary: Armalight with 7% expose. 177m. Good budget primary I'm using for wars until I sell it.
Total Spent: 764M .
Currently if I invested this money I could make about 35% return so my gear is costing me about 267,400,000 a year in opportunity costs.
Count me in!
