" Relevant to the theme/stock/render /2 points" -- it should be like 10 points. i mean, if for example the theme given to me was volcano, and i put a valley in there then what score probably would i get, just -2 points? but then again i just thought, who in the right mind would think of not following the theme given to him, so in another pov the criteria was kinda irrelevant...just thought there could be another better criteria worth for that 2 points might as well make it 10 points so the overall score won't be a prime # :/

personally i prefer working in illustrator

need more work on gradient/shadow/colors for your char

and a smaller body (esp in the 2nd) if you are trying to achieve the chibi style to make it look cuter, and not look like it is deformed and not proportioned

start learning with the anatomy too , it really helps in improving your poses for your char :)
