Hi, I'm hiring for my flower shop. Perks include flowers for job points (the most expensive can have even 70k of value), I offer daily trains or training every other day, perks in the future include addiction mitigation and additional flower carrying capacity.
I also offer additional awards for being active, small drug addiction and using merits for employee effectiveness.

I've been testing it right from the beginning (wife duties xd) and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. It saves me so much time, I don't have to open separate lists or use the search function to find some target and pray it will be okay to attack.
