We are running lvl 7 and 8 OCs with an 80% success rate and have plenty of points. However, managing the queue is difficult. Sometimes we have lvl 7 members available but keep on generating lvl 8, or too much scenario Clinical Precision. When we generate an OC we don't want, we have to manually stop members from joining, which is very inconvenient.
Please allow us to delete unwanted OCs at least. Point refund upon deletion would also be a fair addition. This would make faction management much smoother.

I believe many OC managers have faced this frustration: you try to roll for a specific level, but keeps giving you the wrong one.
For example:
1.We aim for a lvl 7, but keep rolling lvl 8. We simply can't find enough qualified people to fill those extra Level 8 slots, and you may run out of your points to generate lvl 7.
2.with Level 5 OCs: Sometimes we get a scenario No reverse that we don't want to finish, or it becomes too difficult to find 6 people to fill the subsequent chain.
If we can delete OCs we don't want and get some points back, we can keep on generating and avoid telling faction members to not to participate in certain OCs
