I want to simplify the decision for myself. It seems like some companies are best for money and some are best for stats. Which company do you think is the best and why?

I would like to sell my bank investment account to one person for 50% of the interest generated. I am new and looking for a steady source of income. I understand this is a big risk for whoever is considering this offer, but I am looking for a long term investment and a partnership.

Here are the general rules:

1. I will only have one investor at a time; I don't want to manage a bunch of accounts.
2. You can choose the investment duration (but right now, I only have 1 week unlocked).
3. I will put all my future merits into the banking upgrade until it is maxed (currently I have 3 upgrades)
4. I will assume the mug risk while I have the money. If your money gets mugged in my possession, I will forfeit my portion until you are made right.
5. I will send all of your money back on request after the current investment ends. Otherwise, I will send your cut of the interest and re-invest.
6. No minimum amount. I know I am new and this is risky so you can invest as much as you feel comfortable with.
7. I will keep books about the money, and as you to as well for verification.

I know this is inherently sketchy, but I see this as a long-term, mutually-beneficial partnership. Send me a message on here. Everything is negotiable. Also, I am willing to share my contact information with my investor.

A 5* AN sounds the best to me because it's enough money to keep donator status passively. Unfortunately, I have been rejected due to my stats being too low. I suppose I need to focus on boosting those first.

It's interesting to get this information. I updated the original post to include the recommendations thus far. Any other information I should be considering? Does anyone else have a company suggestion for low work stat players?
