Don't even try, the dealer will start getting blackjacks once you start winning. Blackjack is a good game when it's played on physical form, but on a computer... oh boy, literally a scam.

Africa in general needs to start taking corruption seriouslym otherwise nothing will ever get done. You can't build anything when 90% of the budget is stolen.
I mean, what's the point of having such a huge surge of nerve without a new crime to spend it? A few new forgery projects will just not cut it.
It doesn't matter if the crime is all buggy and unbalanced at release, you can just fix it over time like you always do.
C'mon Ched, give us this small gift 🎁.
I'm wondering if there is some kind of database or webpage where you can read the different results you get when doing crimes, both successes and failures. I would like to read all those results I didn't get, and I would like to read the results for disposal's different methods without destroying my CE.
I doubt there is such a thing, but Torn is full of surprises.
As we all know, Torn is a text MMORPG, a crime based one, but an MMO nonetheless. And you know which kind of system every good MMORPG has? That's right! Cooking!
So, I think it's time to add cooking as a new mechanic to the game, something that will help you get useful buffs, but in a different way compared to drugs/boosters.
To start, this entire system should be located in single page: the Kitchen.
The Kitchen would be accessible from a low level, like level 8 or 10, it shouldn't depend on the property you are, so people can start working on it from an early age.
To actually cook, you would need 3 thing: ingredients, a recipe and tools. All of these could be bought and sold between players, and they could be obtained from crime outcomes, city stores and foreign countries.
Cooking would have a skill attached to it, similar to hunting but less grindy. It should not use any resource bar, just the ingredients (like forgery); this skill would level up from cooking successfully.
There can be a great variety of food to make, and they all should give small buffs for a short time (they would be like mini-books), instead of giving a sudden benefit and then just having a cooldown (like drugs and boosters).
Food could enhance many parts of the game, and the late game expensive food could give powerful buffs that don't feel broken.
To give some examples: - Juicy Steak: increase strength gains by 2% for 3 hours.
- Cheesecake: Your happy won't reset to its max amount for 2 hours.
- Spaghetti: Reduce damaged received by 4% for 1 hour.
The possibilities are endless!
However, there should be a cloying system, where you would get tired of eating the same food repeatedly, and get smaller buffs from it until you try something new.
It's time to bring quality food to Torn and stop eating only stale fruitcakes!

Yeah but my AI slop avatar is fire

Let's hope Duke doesn't see this post
Forgot to take a screenshot, but if you take a drug while flying (at least Xanax), the message that appears that says you took X drug for Y effect and now have Z drug cooldown doesn't show the cooldown timer, it just says "you now have a drug cooldown of ."
That's it, it's a very minor thing but maybe you want to look at it.

Yo, we should complain AFTER all phases are rolled out.

The special you use from the Restaurant is the energy one, it's a little boost aside from the consumable cooldown reduction
Chomp those Xanax and candy, and fill that bank account
You may leave Torn but Torn will never leave you
Yes because being wet is having liquid between molecules and water has water on itself
All casinos are rigged, otherwise they wouldn't be profitable
Diamond Bladed Knife is a great all-around choice
Try to max each crime in order. After it's done, scamming by far gives the best rewards, up to 3.5 million with only a few dozens of nerve
Took a few months for me. But if you get into a faction with 40 nerve upgrade, use beer and refills, you can get it done quite fast.
No, and don't play the pot game
Focus on tasks with no special requirements, only stoke fire when it's getting slower. And careful if using gasoline in small areas
Keep them balanced until 1 billion in each stat. Try to focus on stats with higher steadfast bonus from faction and better gym score.
Once you get 1 billion in each stat, it would be good to focus on either DEF or DEX and only train 3 stats using special gyms.
