For example, you'll be compensated significantly more if you OD on the fourth Xanax than if you OD on the first! The Feathery Hotel Coupon you receive as compensation allows you to refill your energy. If you insure the first 2 steps of your stack and forget to insure the 3rd then I will not payout as you only paid for the first 2, please ask if you have any question or do not understand which service will be best for you!

This is not a partial service, if you want stack insurance you must insure every step of the stack, if you want simple OD insurance please refer to the table above for that instead.

I would like to propose a new type of Ranked War type Yellow, Orange, Red, New Contraband type as "black"

The new type could go into caches generated after the update or specifically update all containers to include this new lower chance item.

So you ask what would that look like?

Contraband weapons would generate with up to 3 bonuses, EX: Plunder,Stricken,Toxin.

Now wait that combo sounds illegal!!!

Contraband weapons can generate up to 3 bonuses from any weapon category and will have newer higher max percentages than red weapons can.

This will introduce some very unique 1 of 1 type items into the game, but in theory should be very rare to see them and then even more rare to obtain a combo your looking for.

I like the idea of using nerve to potentially make more money overseas, we have an ability to burn E overseas but not nerve.

I used to play OSRS "Old School Runescape" and one thing they did was tax stuff at the Grand Exchange, kind of similar to how we have a market with tax here. The Devs kept track of the tax in an account basically then on occasion would go and buy stuff up and delete the items to keep the market balanced. 

Points getting too low they could come in and stabilize, if some funky market manipulation started happening it could assist. 

I am uncertain how it could affect things but technically it could not hurt to keep some things pegged to a "lowest" point.
