What purpose do “Free Spin” spaces serve? Seriously, think about it. Do they provide any value to the wheel? Do they add any risk? No, they don’t; instead, they take mere seconds of our time without the dignity of a win or loss. Simply put, they do nothing. They are nothing. Even Leslie jokes about how tedious and pointless these spaces are. However, I have a proposal on how to fix this issue:
Free Spin Tokens
Landing on a “Free Spin” space now grants one “Free Spin Token” of the same tier as the wheel spun.
Three tiers: “Lame Spin Token,” “Mediocre Spin Token,” and “Awesome Spin Token.”
Spin tokens can be redeemed to spin the corresponding wheel once, regardless of wheel cooldown. Tokens can be used from the player inventory or from the “Spin the Wheel” page.
Tokens do not count as a daily spin and do not need to be spent before the player can pay for a daily spin.
Multiple tokens can be used per day, could optionally be limited to a max of 5, 10, 15, 20 tokens used per day.
Tokens can be traded freely on the market as a special item.
Tokens are modeled as poker chips in a style matching their respective wheel. Convenient!
Though a small feature, I think this would vastly improve the free spin tiles without significantly affecting wheel odds. Players would get to choose between selling their tokens, using them immediately, or hording them to use in one large spree, which is infinitely more interesting than simply spinning the wheel a second time. Would you like to see this implemented? Do you have ideas on how to improve my idea? Let me know in the replies!
As a new player, this seems like a really weird “solution.” To me, points seem to be set up as in integral part of the game’s economy, but there really isn’t much to do with them besides your daily refills. When I learned about the pawn shop nerf, it made complete sense because points just feel like an incomplete feature, like they’re missing any real use. I doubt that changing the price of refills will resolve the core issues with points.
This game has plenty of bloating and unused mechanics, I don’t see how a useful trade item would be one of them? At any rate, I don’t see how it’s more boring than a money square or a mystery item square, both of which we already have.
That’s a good point about the value getting inflated, but I think that would reduce the prices too much for their trade to be viable. I think adding the tokens to the mission (or points) shop, as a unique drop for certain future crimes, and as an event reward could also decrease the price by increasing the supply. Although, the value might stay relatively stable considering that using one is still gambling.

Outright remove? Nah. Revamp? I think it could def use it. I’m all for making things more engaging, and a system that makes trustworthy traders more valuable and random traders more risky sounds like a lot of fun. No clue what it’d look like, but I like the idea.
