With the update to travelling, is this event basically cancelled? Or are we hunting with our fists this year?

Specifically, do buffs or debuffs (eg Vic or xan) affect one's battle score when it comes.to FF or respect earned?

I know the FF and Battle Stat definition. But don't see anything in the wiki if that is purely base stats or not. Thanks!

To me, as a meta, it potentially made sense to disincentive using vic and incentivize using xan during war. But your use of the term "foundation" really solidifies the point of it. And I figured that was the case. I'm glad I could confirm it.

To be fair, I think it's still around 20% gains after the cap?

I have a 10%. My first hit got the perk. The next 50 I got nothing. I really need some luck like this soon.

Torn can be played on mobile - there are actually three app in the play store for it. Or was there another, specific game you had in mind?

Just so you know, you have not completed all the missions. Just those that have been available to you.

Statistically the same. I would think it t feels a.lot.worse though for it to continue happening for longer. 

Oof thats rough. I had a friend quit for like a month when that was happening. I had 3 in the last week, going to 20% OD rate. It gets really old. 

I really didn't know it was that common! I've only seen it mentioned a couple times before. And no one in my faction has ever encountered it. Interesting to know though.
