The fact that this is a feature in the game is hilarious-just imagine gangsters in real life trading plushies.

"Check out how soft this teddy bear is bro-feel the fur, dig your fingers into the 100% cotton stuffing. No polyester, dawg. That's right, this is the good stuff, straight from Harrod's. Just 800 bucks bro, and it's yours bro. Doesn't he look adorable, bro?"

How Do People Get Addicted In Playing Torn. · · 2 likes

I think torn is designed as a game you hop into once every few hours, but since the stats increase fast enough for you to do a little thing ~every 10 minutes most people can't help themselves checking in that often. If you keep a hold on yourself you'll be fine.

Although, if you have to spend time restraining yourself in addition to gaming, one questions the idea of playing Torn in the first place. Mature adults shouldn't be sinking real time and money for bits and bytes anyway (I'm 16, so I get to say this for another few years bwahahaha) (yes I know my profile info says I'm 22, I put in fake info for fun)

PS: Don't mind my username, I'm 100% Han Chinese and hence have every right to make fun of my own race.
