Looking to split me leased PI
Current spouse has gone inactive and is behind on rent.
Keep a pilot(flight time) and Dr(health regen) on staff only atm so upkeep is only $155,000/day. Could hire the extra staff for more happy if agreeable.
Happy sits at 4300 With out the additional staff. Extra staff would add $200,000/day to the upkeep but would get happy up to around 5200
Lease $700,000/day + $155,000/day upkeep = $855,000/day so you half would be $427,500/Day
Current lease has 50+ days left and have already renewed once so will most likely renew again when over.
If interested send a message.
