In terms of Working Stats... Buying trains always a great option but.. Take a chance on trusting someone , and if that someone turns out to be the Best Pus/Kitty in Torn even better! - Buy yourself a Company, Have someone run it for you and train you! Helped me a bunch to get a 10* Candle with such low stats at the time, Trains + 50E a day!  Huge Boost all around!
