hello, i just recently became a new reviver like last month or so, and honestly, lvling up hasnt been that hard post changes, as for people not wanting a low skill reviver reviving them i dont think thats 100% true, i have been giving out free revives in torn and over seas, and honestly most of them still end up sending my xannies regardless, i am just doing to get my name out there and build up rep. i have been having a very fun time being a reviver post changes. i don't know if anymore changes were since the time this was written, if it hasn't i would say the changes seem fair, though of course i have no knowledge of what it was pre nerf
