This agreement is made and entered into on this __ day of ____________, 20___, by and between the Colombo Mercenary Service (hereafter "The Service") and ________________________ (hereafter "The Client").

1. Scope of Work

The Service agrees to provide and The Client agrees to employ a team of The Service's operatives for the purpose of carrying out actions as detailed in Schedule A, attached.

2. Payment and Compensation

The Client agrees to compensate The Service for its efforts in accordance with the following terms:

 * Price per Hit: ___________ per target

 * Price per Overseas Hit: ___________ per target

 * Price per Low-Level Target: ___________ per target

B. Payment will be delivered in full to The Service upon completion and fulfillment of the contractual obligations as defined in this document.

3. Confidentiality

The Service and The Client, including all associated factions and members, agree not to disclose or discuss the terms of this contract, the nature of the work, or the identities of those involved with any third party, under any circumstances. This obligation of confidentiality shall remain in effect indefinitely.

4. Termination

This contract may be terminated under the following conditions:

 * C. If either The Service or The Client violates any term of this agreement, the contract will become immediately null and void.

 * C.1. The Service reserves the absolute right to refuse or terminate this contract at any point, with or without cause.

 * C.2 The Client may terminate this contract. However, if termination is for any reason other than a violation of the terms by The Service, payment for any hits completed up to the point of termination shall be delivered immediately to The Service.

You know a normal, rational human being that didn't want to hire this particular group for mercenary work. Would simply read the post and move on. While your input is greatly appreciated. I'm sure that most faction leaders are intelligent enough to determine whether or not they could utilize our service. I'm also certain that none need you to do the spying for them so the "You're Welcome for the spy" comment comes off as pretentious at best, condescending at worst. It's odd yet kinda nice to know that we have yet to really start and are already impactful enough for someone to put in the effort to try, albeit poorly, to hinder our success. For the record

1.We are advertising the service not the pricing so pricing will be made transparent in the contract.

2. Not many things can be claimed to be more professional than offering a written contract to clients.

3.The Names were done in the stylized language that would have been used by 1940s era Mafia. It fits with the theme of our name Colombo Crime Family.

4.Secrecy is meant to assure clients we will never tell anyone who hired us or that we were indeed hired at all. Anyone inquiring was attacked by a guy playing Torn.
