Christmas Town: Pot Merits
Similar to other casino merits, introduce pot merits to improve pot game take-up and speed
I propose three merits for pot:
- Win a pot with 10 or less items (common)
- Add 1000 items to the pot (rare)
- Win 100 pots (very rare)
Where in the article does it say that loot drops are now daily and not every 6-8 hours? If it's in there I didn't see it
Literally every current guide and suggestion says come back after 6-8 hours and find more gifts
Do keys spawn the same as loot/presents - only once daily? How about combo chests, you've got to be online for chest respawns which aren't unique to you and can apparently be pushed by map creators (or they have to be online for those maps to update)?
Are keys on the same loot cycle as presents (ie. if you don't find any bad luck) or are they on the same free for all as chests? Do all chests and keys spawn on non-globe maps?
Logging back in to torn to walk 10 different maps for 15-30 minutes each because none of this is clear, IMO, detracts from the overall experience of CT
I went 17 hours without getting another drop and had to wait for the new TCT day. 1 bronze keys and 16 present for hours of wandering around maps and I have 24 ornaments / 51% item spawn rate bonus
I've got to say, this year's Christmas Town feels incredibly underwhelming, and it's pretty annoying to waste hours on a game because apparently items spawn every 6 hours and I'm sitting here with my thumb glued to my phone trying different maps
